"This all sounds interesting, but I'd
like to talk to someone first, please."

Sure thing.  Just fill out your questions in the form below, and we'll be pleased to answer any questions you might have.  Below are answers to some of the most common questions we get, but if this doesn't answer what you are wondering, there is a contact form at the bottom.

Q: Can I really get High Speed Internet where I am?
Q:
How do I know if it will work where I am?
Q: I'm on a farm 50 miles from the city...
Q: I don't even have a phone line where I am..
Q: But Bell/Telus/MTS told me I can't get High Speed Internet?
Q: Shaw/Rogers said that my house is outside their service area?

A: The answer to all of these are, YES!  You can get High Speed Internet, right now, today, right were you are.  It does not matter if the telephone and cable companies say that you can not get High Speed Service, because they are only talking about their High Speed Services.  We Provide HIGH SPEED EVERYWHERE!

Q: How fast is it?
Q: How much will my downloads speed up?
Q: I average 4KBytes / second right now...
Q: It takes hours for a few MP3 songs!

A: Well, we're confident that you'll be thrilled. We advertise that downloads will be "30 to 125 times faster" than a typical standard dial-up account, depending on what service plan you choose. Of course, if you have an exceptional good connection on your dialup modem right now, then perhaps our standard plan may only be 25 times faster that that.  :)  However, if you have a typical type of dialup account, and even if you choose the standard plan, then you can probably expect file downloads to be about 30 to 40 times faster than you're getting now on a dial up account - meaning that those hour long downloads will probably be about 1 or 2 minutes instead.

From a technical standpoint - plans are available all across the country that range from 1.0 to 5.0 Mbit per second.  Typically, people choose the 1.5 Mbit or the 3.0 Mbit plans in residential accounts.

What does that mean if you're not technical?  Well, generally speaking, a "couple MP3 songs" can take an hour on dial-up, but will only take a couple minutes on our HighSpeedEverywhere.com system, even on the lowest plan. One of our customers reported that a .pdf manual he was trying to download on his dial-up went from over two hours, all the way to 1 Minute, 36 seconds.

As well, with a 56k dialup modem connection, many rural customers connect only at 19.2kbit or 26.4kbit right now.  As a result, you may rarely see downloads above 2 or 3 KBYTES / second on a good day.  HighSpeedEverywhere customers will usually average around 150 KBYTES to 500KBYTES / second on plans.  Obviously, many, many factors, including the speed of your computer, how many applications you have running, and the speed of the remote server all come into play, so your results will vary. However, the fact is that going from 3K to even 100KBytes / second will save you hours!
